You can be assured that work undertaken will be:
- Compliant with Wiring and Building Regulations - All our work will meet the latest electrical installation standards and be accompanied by the appropriate certification
- Certified - On completion of the work you will receive:
- an Electrical Installation Certificate or Minor Works Certificate that confirms that the work meets BS 7671; and where applicable
- a Building Regulations Compliance Certificate that confirms the work meets the Building Regulations
- Insurance Backed with Warranty - All electrical installation work will be covered by a six year insurance backed NICEIC warranty

Did you know…
- It is illegal to install new wiring or make alterations to existing wiring that does not comply with Part P of the building regulations.
- By law, homeowners and landlords must be able to prove that all new electrical work meets Part P building regulations.
- The local authority can insist that any work not meeting the building regulations is altered or removed.
- Without the relevant electrical safety and compliance certificates, you may have difficulty in selling your home.
